Putting a value on them
A rough value is spins multiplied by stake per spin multiplied by the game's RTP, less whatever the terms claw back. Winnings frequently turn into bonus money that carries wagering, and a cap may apply.
Calculation
Take 50 spins at $0.20 on a 96% RTP slot: expected return is about $9.60. Add 35x wagering on the winnings, played on a slot with a 4% house edge, and part of that will be lost during wagering, so the true value is lower.
