Lucky.fun: our expert opinion
Lucky.fun advertises provably fair originals, but its fairness page needs an account and no seed scheme is published openly. The only licence it cites is listed as expired on the Anjouan register, and its Trustpilot reviews include withdrawal disputes.

Provably fair audit

Lucky.fun review overview
Lucky.fun markets itself as a provably fair crypto casino, and on that claim alone it fails our first test: the scheme is not published anywhere a visitor can read without opening an account. This Lucky.fun review also covers a more serious issue. The only licence it cites, Anjouan ALSI-202510021-FI1, is listed on the regulator's register with an expiry date that has passed, and no renewal was shown when we checked.
The owner has not logged a payout test or a bet-level audit here. What follows is drawn from Lucky.fun's own terms, help centre and promotion pages, the Anjouan register, and its public Trustpilot profile. Scores are left empty.
How Lucky.fun's provably fair system works
We cannot say. Lucky.fun's site footer links to a fairness page, and its marketing copy calls the games "provably fair" and "verifiable". When we opened the fairness page without an account, it redirected to the home page. The help centre has articles on deposits, KYC, bonuses and rakeback, but none on server seeds, client seeds, hashes or how to verify a bet.
That leaves every standard audit question open:
- Where are seeds shown? Not visible publicly.
- Can the client seed be changed? Not documented.
- Is the nonce visible? Not documented.
- What algorithm turns seeds into results? Not published.
A provably fair claim that can only be inspected after sign-up is not something we can verify, because our process does not include creating accounts. If Lucky.fun publishes its scheme on an open page, we will review it and fill in the fairness fields.
Which Lucky.fun games can be verified?
Lucky.fun lists eight in-house originals in its help centre: Roulette, Speed Roulette, Dice, Mines, Plinko, Blackjack, Keno and Limbo. These are the games the provably fair label would apply to. Everything else comes from third-party studios, including Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, Evoplay, Mascot Gaming, Amusnet Interactive, BetGames and Vivo Gaming, whose games rely on the providers' own certified RNG. Clause 18.2 of the terms says Lucky.fun does not control third-party game outcomes. Our verify tool has no published formula to check Lucky.fun results against.
What a public Lucky.fun audit would need
For us to move Lucky.fun from "claimed" to "verified", it would need an open fairness page with four things on it: the hash of the active server seed shown before play, a client seed the player can set, a nonce or round counter on each bet, and the exact function that turns those inputs into each original's result, ideally as code. Most crypto casinos that sell themselves on provable fairness publish these openly, because the whole point is that anyone can check them, including people who have not yet signed up.
Until that page exists, a player who joins can still do part of the work, if the games expose seed data once logged in. Before betting, note any hashed server seed shown, set a client seed of your own if allowed, and keep a record of each bet's nonce. After rotating the seed pair, hash the revealed server seed with SHA-256 and compare it with the value you noted. That proves the seed was fixed in advance, though without a published formula it does not prove the displayed result followed from it. Keep screenshots, since the terms make server logs the final authority in disputes.
Licence and safety
Good Luck Ltd (registration 16147, Mutsamudu, Anjouan) operates the site. The terms, effective 20 April 2026, name licence ALSI-202510021-FI1. The Anjouan register lists that licence for lucky.fun and lucky.co, issued 16 October 2025 with an expiry of 15 October 2026. The status column still reads "valid", but the date has passed, and at our 5 November 2026 check there was no newer entry for the company or the domain. The licence was also issued for only one year, shorter than the two- and three-year terms we found on the register for Goated, Razed and Wild.io.
Lucky.fun's public complaint record is mixed. Its Trustpilot profile, read on 5 November 2026, showed 3.4 out of 5 from 37 reviews, with 54% five-star and 38% one-star. Positive reviews mention fast withdrawals and the interface. Negative ones describe blocked or unpaid withdrawals, being told to deposit more or pay for a VIP upgrade or queue position before cashing out, selfie identity checks before payment, and an account closed after a run of winning bets. The operator replies to most of them, says requests for extra deposits are not its process, attributes the closure to a terms breach, and suggests several reviews belong to a different platform with a similar name. There was no Casino.guru or AskGamblers review of the brand at that date.
The terms also tilt towards the operator:
- Liability to any player is capped at that player's deposits over the prior 12 months (7.11).
- Disputes go to mediation in Anjouan, then binding arbitration, with a class action waiver (25.2 to 25.4).
- Server logs are the final authority (16.3), and claims expire after 12 months (15.1).
- Failing KYC can lead to withholding or cancellation of funds (10.4).
Lucky.fun deposits and withdrawals
Accepted coins are BTC, LTC, ETH, USDC, TRX, USDT, SOL, POL, BNB and TETH. Deposits are converted to an internal USD balance when they arrive, so your play is denominated in dollars regardless of the coin you sent, and conversion is not reversible. Card and other payment methods are available through a buy-crypto option in the cashier; withdrawals go only to verified personal crypto wallets.
The cashier rules:
- Minimum deposit $2 equivalent; minimum withdrawal $10.
- Each deposit must be wagered once before it can be withdrawn.
- No Lucky.fun fees; network fees are deducted.
- Method-based withdrawal limits, with instalments possible above them. No figures are published.
Timing statements differ. The help centre says withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes. The terms commit to reviewing standard requests within 48 hours (9.7) and allow up to 72 hours of checks on requests of $25,000 or more (9.6). Source of funds documents can be requested on any withdrawal (9.8).
KYC at Lucky.fun
Verification runs in four tiers, set out in the account verification article: email confirmation, a government ID with a selfie check, proof of address issued within the last three months, and proof of funds such as a bank statement, payslip or tax return. The terms add that video verification may be requested if documents are not in Latin or Cyrillic script, and that KYC can be repeated periodically. Several negative reviews describe these checks arriving at withdrawal time, so completing them early is sensible.
Lucky.fun bonuses and terms
The welcome bonus is a 100% first deposit match up to $1,000, from $10. Wagering is 40 times the bonus, with 30 days to finish. Only slots count; Lucky Originals and every other game count 0%. The maximum bet while wagering is $5, and the most you can withdraw from bonus winnings is $25,000. We read these rules on the promotion page on 5 November 2026. By the standards of this market the terms are reasonable: the window is long and the cap is high. Because originals contribute nothing, the bonus also steers you away from the games Lucky.fun calls provably fair.
Ongoing value comes from rakeback, calculated as wager times house edge times your loyalty tier percentage once you pass $100 in wagers, with tiers from Clover to Grand Master. A referral program pays 15% to 30% of the house edge generated by referred players.
Games and providers
There is no published game count. Besides the eight originals, the provider list includes Pragmatic Play and Pragmatic Play Live, Microgaming and Microgaming Live, Evoplay, Mascot Gaming, Amusnet Interactive, BetGames, Vivo Gaming, Shady Lady and Kitsune Studios. A sportsbook is also available.
Lucky.fun VPN policy
Using a VPN or proxy to bypass restrictions is prohibited by clause 3.3.4, and clause 3.3.5 allows suspension, closure and cancellation of bonuses or winnings for accounts accessed from restricted regions. The restricted list includes the US, the UK, France, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, Australia and the UAE.
Customer support
Help comes through live chat, email (support@lucky.fun) and the help centre. Complaints use the same address, and Lucky.fun says it will attempt an amicable solution within 14 days before arbitration.
Responsible gambling tools
The responsible gambling policy states plainly that there are no automated loss limits, wager limits, reality checks or self-exclusion tool. A Take a Break feature stops play for a set period. Longer exclusions must be requested by email, and once confirmed they cannot be reversed during the period.
Is Lucky.fun worth it for provably fair play?
Not today. Its fairness scheme is hidden behind sign-up, its only cited licence is listed as expired with no renewal shown, its responsible gambling tools are minimal, and its Trustpilot record includes withdrawal disputes that the operator contests. The bonus terms and fee-free cashier are genuine positives. We will revisit once the register shows a current licence, the scheme is public and the owner's tests are logged.
