Cloudbet casino review: what we found
We review Cloudbet the way we rank every crypto casino, fairness first and payouts second. Cloudbet's originals use a well-documented SHA3-256 and SHAKE256 provably fair scheme with player-set client seeds and visible nonces. Only eight originals have published explainers and most of the library relies on supplier RNG certification; payouts were the strong point, with our crypto landing minutes after each request.
Operating, by its own account, since 2013, Cloudbet pairs a crypto sportsbook with a casino. Halcyon Super Holdings B.V. runs it in Curaçao and offers a casino lobby of over 3,000 titles, nearly all supplied by outside studios. Around two dozen in-house originals sit alongside them, and these are the games covered by Cloudbet's provably fair system.
This review looks first at how that system works and which games you can actually verify, then at licensing, payments and bonus terms. All details come from Cloudbet's own site and terms. We hold an account at Cloudbet and have withdrawn from it: crypto withdrawals arrived within minutes. Any other timing is what Cloudbet states.
Is Cloudbet provably fair? How the system works
The Cloudbet fairness explainer sets out a scheme that differs from the common HMAC-SHA256 setup.
Commitment: Cloudbet generates a 32-byte secret server seed and shows you its SHA3-256 hash, called the Commitment, before you play. Once the seed is revealed, you hash it yourself and compare.
Round signature: For each round, the server seed, your client seed and the nonce are combined and hashed with SHA3-256 to produce a Round Signature.
Outcome: The Round Signature seeds SHAKE256, an extendable output function, which produces the stream of numbers behind the result. Cloudbet uses rejection sampling to remove modulo bias, resampling numbers that would make some outcomes more likely.
Client seed: Your browser generates one by default. You can enter your own, up to 255 characters, in the game's fairness settings and rotate it whenever you want.
Nonce: A round counter that rises by one for each round on the same seed pair. It is shown with the round data and is one of the three inputs to the verifier.
Revealing the server seed: Rotating seeds reveals the previous server seed, so you can check all rounds played with it.
The use of SHA3-256 with SHAKE256 and explicit rejection sampling is a careful design choice. Many casinos take bytes from an HMAC and apply a modulo without addressing bias, so this is a point in Cloudbet's favour.
Which Cloudbet games can be verified
Cloudbet publishes explainers for Mines, Dice, Dice: Plinko, Limbo, Keno, Roulette, Pump and Golden Ticket. The verification calculator lists Dice and Mines as supported by the Game Verification Tool, with a separate tool to check the server seed against its Commitment. The casino lobby lists further originals such as Crash, Blackjack, Baccarat, Hi Lo, Coinflip and Video Poker, but we did not find per-game explainers for these on Cloudbet's provably fair page.
Third-party slots and live dealer games are not provably fair. Here the casino points to studio RNG certification by outside labs and its own quarterly RTP checks, without naming the labs.
Who licenses Cloudbet, and is it safe?
According to a Cloudbet help article, its Curaçao licence is OGL/2024/328/0599, held by Halcyon Super Holdings B.V. (company no. 148526). A Cypriot company, Solas Technologies Limited, processes certain payments. Identity checks run through Sumsub. Accounts support two-factor authentication and Cloudbet says funds are kept in cold storage.
Players in Germany, Australia, the Netherlands, Spain, France, the UK, the US and further countries are refused under the Cloudbet rules. Readers in Alberta or Ontario should know the site holds no registration with either the Alberta iGaming Corporation or iGaming Ontario, so it has no licence for those provinces.
How fast does Cloudbet pay out?
There are 29 coins on a wide range of networks, all shown on the network fee table. Deposits are free, and you can fund the account with roughly $1 USD. Cashout minimums and network fees differ by coin, and under clause 7.1.10 a handling fee as high as 5% is permitted.
The payout help article says the majority are handled immediately, with a few needing as long as 24 hours. Accounts at Level 1 or with no verification are held to $2,200 out per day and $2,200 in over their lifetime. Level 2 verification (photo ID, proof of address, face check) lifts both.

Is the Cloudbet bonus fair? Wagering and limits
Newcomers can earn as much as $2,500 in welcome rewards during their first 30 days: casino rakeback of 10%, cash drops every day, and a "Cash Vault" that opens on day 30. Any first deposit qualifies, there is no code, and Cloudbet says rewards carry no rollover. What you actually receive scales with your volume. Under clause 8.8 each deposit must be wagered once before cashing out, though the operator can lower that.
What games and providers does Cloudbet offer?
Over 3,000 titles come from some 78 suppliers, among them Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Playtech, NetEnt, Red Tiger, Big Time Gaming, Nolimit City, Hacksaw Gaming, Push Gaming, Relax Gaming, BGaming and Play'n GO, and there is a live casino and sportsbook too.
Can you play at Cloudbet with a VPN?
VPNs and proxies are not mentioned anywhere in the Cloudbet rules. Instead, clause 7.1.3 requires that you are not physically in a barred country while playing or cashing out, and 7.1.5 lets the operator verify your location whenever it chooses. Only a single account is allowed for each person, household and IP. So VPNs are not forbidden in themselves, yet they offer no route in for residents of blocked countries. In practice, play from where you actually are and the location rules are a non-issue.
How do you reach Cloudbet support?
Support is by live chat and email ([email protected]), with a searchable support library behind them. The site is offered in 16 languages. We found no published opening hours for support.
Tools on the safer play page cover deposit caps by day, week or month, breaks lasting 24 hours up to 3 months, and exclusion for 1, 3 or 5 years, or for good. Outside help is signposted via Gambling Therapy, GambleAware and Gamblers Anonymous.
Is Cloudbet worth it? Our final verdict
Cloudbet's provably fair setup is well documented, uses a modern hash design and handles modulo bias explicitly, and players can set their own client seed and see the nonce. The gap is coverage: explainers exist for eight originals, not the full in-house catalogue, and the bulk of the game library relies on supplier certification. Payout terms are clear, with a $2,200 daily cap until full verification. Our cashout tests were reassuring: crypto arrived within minutes.
