1xBet: our expert opinion
1xBet holds an active Curaçao licence for 1xbet.com, but it offers no provably fair games at all, so nothing in its casino can be checked by seed. Its rules allow long payment reviews and wide powers to void bets, and no payout test of ours is logged yet.
What we like
- Active Curaçao licence, 1xbet.com on the certificate
- Withdrawal requests processed 24/7
- Self-exclusion of up to five years by email
- Huge sportsbook and casino lobby
What we don't like
- No provably fair games or verifier
- Payment checks can take up to 180 days
- Rules allow bets to be voided over ID checks

Overall 5.3/10. How scores are calculated
1xBet sportsbook
1xBet is a huge offshore sportsbook under an active Curaçao licence, with firm rules; its features could not be verified from its own pages. Rating: 6.0.

About the brand
1xBet is among the biggest offshore betting brands, with a casino, live casino and instant games added to its sportsbook. Caecus N.V. holds Curaçao licence OGL/2024/1262/0493, active since November 2024, with 1xbet.com on the certificate.
Why the score is low
Our scoring only counts what we can confirm from the operator's own pages, and we did not verify 1xBet's sports lobby for this review. The sport count, market depth, in-play betting, cash out, bet builder, streaming and esports are therefore unverified, and the rating stays at the base. Players familiar with the brand will know the book is large; we simply cannot score claims we did not see.
Rules and fairness
The rules are written for sports betting first and are strict. One clause written for sports bets shows how long the rules allow 1xBet to take over reviews and settlement. Combined with the operator's broad discretion, that leaves bettors with limited recourse in a dispute. The published rules contain no VPN clause, but they limit accounts and bonuses to one per IP address.
Promotions
The first deposit page we could read was a template without the percentage, cap or minimum deposit filled in, though its text referred to a sports offer. No figures can be given.
Wallet
One balance covers the casino and sportsbook.
Withdrawals
The rules say withdrawal requests are processed 24/7, sports winnings are paid within 30 days of the official result, and some payment checks can last up to 180 days. No payout test of ours is logged yet.
Rating
6.0: unverifiable features and firm terms.
Provably fair audit

1xBet review overview
1xBet is one of the largest offshore sportsbooks, with a casino, a live casino and an in-house games section called 1xGames bolted on. This 1xBet review looks at it the way we look at every crypto casino, fairness first, and here the answer comes quickly: 1xBet does not offer provably fair games. The rest of the review covers what you can still check, the Curaçao licence and the rules that govern payments, because those rules are where most of the risk sits.
No bet-level audit or payout test from our side has been logged at 1xBet yet. Our sources are 1xBet's published rules and the Curaçao regulator. Scores stay empty until the owner's tests are recorded.
How does 1xBet's provably fair system work?
It has none. The rulebook runs to more than 100,000 characters and never mentions a server seed, a client seed, a nonce, a hash commitment or a way to verify a result. The homepage does not claim provable fairness either. The rules contain a section titled Fairness and RNG Testing Methods, and its title already tells you the model: random number generator certification.
The difference is worth spelling out. Under RNG testing, a laboratory checks that a game's random number generator behaves correctly over a very large sample of rounds. That gives some assurance about the game in general, but it gives you no way to prove that one particular round was not altered. A provably fair game works the other way round. The casino commits to a hashed server seed before you bet, you add your own client seed, and after the round you recompute the result yourself. 1xBet offers the first model only.
For a fairness-first reader the practical cost is real. On a seed-based original you can audit a session after the fact: reveal the server seed, check its hash, and recompute every bet you placed. At 1xBet a disputed result comes down to the casino's records against your screenshots, and the only external check is whichever laboratory certified the game, which 1xBet does not name on the pages we could read.
So the usual audit questions all have the same answer. Where are seeds shown? Nowhere. Can the client seed be changed? There is no client seed. Is a nonce visible? No.
Which 1xBet games can be verified?
None by seed. That includes 1xGames, which 1xBet presents as part of its casino rather than as a provably fair product. Slots and live tables come from outside studios and rely on their own certification. Our verify tool has no setting for 1xBet, because there is nothing to recompute.
There is still one check worth making on third-party slots: the RTP shown in the game's information screen. Many studios release the same slot at several RTP levels and let the casino pick one. Compare the figure in the game with the highest RTP the studio publishes for that title. This will not prove a single spin was fair, but it shows whether you are playing a lower-paying version. For 1xGames there is no outside studio to compare with, so the figures shown in the game are 1xBet's word alone.
How to check a 1xBet bet, step by step
Without seeds, checking a bet means checking the record and the rules rather than the maths:
- Open the game's information screen before you play and note the stated RTP and rules. For a third-party slot, compare that RTP with the studio's own published figure.
- Play, then open your bet history and record the bet ID, stake, time and result.
- If a result looks wrong, take screenshots of the bet history entry and the game's rules screen.
- Raise it with 1xBet support in writing, quoting the bet ID, and ask which RNG certificate covers that game.
- If support does not resolve it, the complaint route runs to the Curaçao regulator named on the licence certificate.
None of these steps proves a result independently. That is the core limitation of a casino without a seed system.
Is 1xBet licensed and safe?
The Curaçao Gaming Authority's certificate shows Caecus N.V., company 163779, licensed since 7 November 2024 under OGL/2024/1262/0493. The status is active, and 1xbet.com is among the approved domains, together with several mirror addresses. The regulator's October 2026 register lists the licence as indefinite. 1xBet's own rules still describe the licence through Curaçao eGaming as master licensee, which is the older structure, so the rulebook appears dated.
A separate entry on the Anjouan register covers 1xbetanj.com under PRAECUS LLC, licence ALSI-202508048-FI2, valid to August 2027. That licence does not cover 1xbet.com.
The rules give 1xBet a lot of discretion:
- Section 2.3 says its services may be illegal in some countries, giving the US, the UK, Cyprus and the Netherlands as examples, and 2.5 makes the player responsible for checking local law.
- 1xBet can close accounts of players in places where gambling is illegal and hold back winnings credited after the last deposit.
- Clause 7.1.4 lets 1xBet void bets if a player refuses identity checks.
- Clause 7.1.3 allows up to 72 hours for document checks and up to 14 working days for video verification.
1xBet deposits and withdrawals
The homepage advertises more than 200 payment systems, and crypto is among them, but the payment methods page did not load for us, so coins, minimums and fees are not listed here. The cashier rules in the rulebook are clear enough:
- Withdrawal requests are processed 24/7 (clause 7.2.2).
- Withdrawals go back to the details you deposited with (7.2.5).
- A withdrawal can be refused if your betting does not match your deposits, with only bets at odds of 1.1 or higher counting (7.2.3).
- Some payment systems allow payment checks of up to 180 days (7.2.10).
- Sports winnings are paid within 30 calendar days of the official result (2.8).
- The maximum return on one bet is EUR 50,000 or equivalent (section 3).
1xBet publishes no casino payout time. Until a payout test is logged, treat speed as unknown and the 180-day clause as the outer limit the rules allow.
Two smaller points matter for crypto users. Because withdrawals must go back to the deposit details, a crypto deposit generally means a crypto withdrawal to the same wallet or address, so keep that wallet under your control. And because the turnover rule counts only bets at odds of 1.1 or more, low-odds sports bets will not help you meet it.
1xBet bonus terms
A first deposit bonus is advertised, but the promotion page did not show its figures when we loaded it, so we cannot state the match, cap or wagering. Clause 4.6.7 allows only one bonus per person, household, email address, card and IP address. Check the live terms in your account before you deposit.
1xBet games and providers
The lobby links to slots, a live casino and 1xGames, and the sportsbook is the core of the brand. The provider list and game count did not load on the pages we could read, so we do not state them here.
Does 1xBet allow VPNs?
The published rulebook has no clause on VPNs, proxies or anonymisers. It does limit accounts and bonuses to one per IP address. The live Terms of Service page would not open for us, so a VPN ban written there cannot be ruled out. Players in countries where 1xBet is not permitted should not try to get around that.
The one-account rule has a practical edge for players who share a flat or a public network. Because the rules tie accounts and bonuses to an IP address and household, two people betting from the same connection can trigger a duplicate-account review. If that applies to you, tell support before you claim a bonus rather than after a withdrawal is held.
1xBet customer support
The homepage promises 24/7 support and links to a contacts page. Because 1xBet publishes nothing on how 1xGames results are generated, support is the only route to that information. Ask in writing, quote the game name and keep the reply.
1xBet responsible gambling tools
Under section 5 of the rules, you can lock your account for up to five years, or set limits, by writing to block@1xBetteam.com. Limits stay in place until the chosen period ends. Self-service tools in the account were not visible on the public pages.
Is 1xBet worth it for provably fair play?
No. 1xBet has no seed system, no verifier and no provably fair games, so it sits at the bottom of any fairness-first ranking. Its Curaçao licence is active for 1xbet.com, which counts in its favour, but the rules allow long payment reviews, refused withdrawals on low turnover and voided bets over ID checks. It suits sports bettors who want market depth more than players who want to verify results. We will add fairness and payout scores once the owner's own tests are logged.
