अमेरिकन ऑड्स
A US odds format: a positive number is the profit on 100 staked, a negative number is the stake needed to win 100.
American (moneyline) odds are anchored to a unit of 100. +150 means a 100 stake earns 150 profit; -200 means a 200 stake earns 100 profit. The currency does not matter: the same applies in dollars, euros or USDT.

A €60 stake at -150 returns 60 × 100/150 = €40 profit. A €40 stake at +175 returns €70 profit. In decimal terms, -150 is 1.667 and +175 is 2.75.
Quirks
There is no American price strictly between -100 and +100; even money is written as +100, and some books show -100 or EVEN. The scale also jumps awkwardly around even money: -105 and +105 look close but correspond to 1.952 and 2.05. For margin analysis, convert to decimal odds or implied probability first.
